Eligibility for Return

Returns will be accepted only if:

The product has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., broken parts, leakage, faulty packaging).

The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes the original invoice.

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product is used.

Damage occurred after delivery (e.g., due to mishandling or storage).

The return request is made after 3 days of receiving the order.

The issue is due to subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., scent, texture, or perceived results).

Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it.
You cannot cancel the order once it's out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
In case of any cancellation from Healivo due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Healivo reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order at any time.

Share clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Once verified, we will arrange for a return pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.
